be extended by six months, from August 16, 2010 and on February 15, 2011 , inclusive, the application of the provisions in Law 14/2009, of 11 November, regulating the temporal program unemployment protection and insertion , the unemployed workers who meet the conditions and requirements of the Act, provided that on the date of application to join the program, are people under 30 or over 45 years, aged between 30 and 45, provided that in the latter case, with family responsibilities in the terms set out in paragraph 2 of Article 215 of the General Law of Social Security, revised text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1 / 1994 of 20 June.
To access the program extension will be noted that within the period specified above, the parties have been terminated by exhaustion of unemployment benefit contributory, or unemployment benefits established in Article 215 of the General Safety Law Social.
