The Provincial Executive Council and the General Secretaries Whole-CTERA Utre required to convene commission salary to continue the discussion on wage increase requested.
Given the lack of notice to arrange a pay raise, the plenary of Secretaries General of this organization has unanimously decided to discontinue participation at meetings of technical working groups, the wage policy committee, pending the convening to address the factors that make up the wage (updating, restructuring, indirect salary etc). Moreover, the mandate of the Whole General Secretaries also required as a condition for continuing dialogue in public areas, the immediate repeal of the Incentive Fund Educational Quality on the grounds that threatens the health of workers in education. It is considered necessary to advance a set of policies that deal with better conditions and working environment, preventive measures for occupational health and newspaper job testing, prevention of occupational hazards, compliance with health and safety standards in schools, audits and other administrative arrangements that mark potential abuse without violating the rights established in the licensing regime, or affect the pay, unless it is duly noted unexcused absences.
If this call is not paid has been given powers to the Executive Board of the union to take strike action it deems appropriate
