I address you in order to reiterate that the Securitization Act established by 6499 and 6691 and their Regulatory Decrees Resolutions designating holders whose teachers of different levels and modalities should not be required certificate of medical fitness , Record Certificate, Domicile certificate etc.. one must present Affidavit and the establishment shall proceed to the inauguration, it is recalled that is an exception and was settled in National Joint.
